Although you would not catch me being arrested over nail polish.
but it will work in a pinch) you found the last tube of a cleanser you had heard about but hadn’t got to try yet.
In the land of, You can get discount cigarettes, beer and a Virginia h here!!!”" you got something to clean your face and not break it in two from dryness.”
” He was equally critical of Kansas Gov.
Kathleen Sebelius, who vetoed a bill that would have required Tiller to provide specific medical reasons for abortions after 21 weeks of pregnancy.
Incredibly, Gov.”
” Heroes — Run (1×15) Not the best episode ever, with most of the show given over to Claire’s annoying Mom and the pointless pursuit of a pink bag.
Nathan arrives in Texas, meets with Claire’s Mom, who blackmails her for money and decides to only share a small portion with her daughter.
Sylar kills a dude that can melt things and pretends to be her with Mohinder shows up to interview the dead guy.
Whatever it is, you do notice every pain and take note of it.
Then you go to your computer and look it up.
I’m not a hypochondriac, but you health conscious and don’t want your body to break down before I’m ready.
This is why I’ve been eating vegetables and drinking soy milk for the past 5 years.
Believe me, you feel better, but still need improvement in your diet.
Perhaps, if you lay off the potatoes and pasta, I’ll feel even better.
Claire’s mom is having mental problems, probably from having her head melted one too many times from the Haitian.
Matt, the mind-reading cop, gets a gig as a personal bodyguard to the weasley dude that let Nikyou out of jail last week.
Funny look on his face when she (now she is a killer for hire) shows up to kill her at a botched diamond purchase.
Ow, and Nikyou throws Matt out of the window of a ten-story building.
In a more serious tone, Dean L then remarked that the Ivy System was designed eighty years ago, and that Ivy’s understanding of the student that will prosper under this
system has not changed.

Imens utropte kommunistlederen Mao Zedong Folkerepublikken Kina.

My suggestion for salesgenie.com: Spend another $100K on ad production and maybe, just maybe, it would have worked. Or spend $100 and hire a cowboy on stilts to walk around in front of your business. Pick one.

How TV Offers Best Practices for Writing Your Elevator Pitch. Really.
January 31st, 2007
The 30-second elevator pitch is the compressed, concise, persuasive and authentic version of your story. Examples of good ones?
Idea Sandbox recommends we look closely at the 30-second narrations at the beginning of TV shows. And it’s great advice. Check that out.
After my last post you may be wondering if there is any kind of racing that I don’t watch. Well I’m not a huge follower of horse racing though I did catch the Kentucky Derby this year. You can push a machine to its breaking point and it never feels pain, even though you might try to make it feel some out of desperation. But what they do, with drugs, to some of these racehorses is borderline cruelty. I’ve never seen the sport or entertainment in watching a thoroughbreds break his leg during a race.
For the same reason I’m not a huge fan of bicycle races either. Doping has always been a problem with any test of strength and stamina and aside from it being outright cheating it also cheapens the entire contest both for other competitors and the fans. Anyway, my thoughts.. your opinion may differ.
Another Door Opens
So that was quick.
It turns out I got an offer I couldn’t refuse. In an odd twist of fate, I will be working on the OpenNMS code base, for the third time. (This one’s the charm, right?)
I will be doing community-facing stuff, as well as helping out with all the little things anyone has to do at a very small company. I get to do what I love, which is: a little bit of everything.

Thanks to everyone for their support, I guess I’ll see you folks in #opennms on Monday! (OK, technically I’m already there, but man, that’s not as poetic.)

One Door Closes…
So along with some other folks, I was laid off from my job at Raritan today. Although I’m disappointed to be leaving a stellar group of people to work with, I’m heartened by the outpouring of commiseration (and job offers!) from everyone. Thank you so much!
If you know of anything interesting for a Perl/Java/Mac/Open-Source/Geek kind of person, let me know. And check out my resume while you’re at it.

You may have noticed the addition of some random images along the right side of the page. Those are from my Flickr gallery and should randomly display three different ones each time you refresh the page. If you’d like to investigate further just click on the image.
Also, Startup Nation features elevator pitch contests on its podcasts.
